AJUKAJA
Born in the gang-ridden, dust-n-rust
city of Kohtla-Jarve in far-east Estonia, Ajukaja (pronounced ayu-ka-ya)
aka Raul Saaremets grew up listening to and absorbing a wide range of
music genres, from punk to New Romantic to Indie to acid that has shaped
his sound which is both diverse and boundless. Currently based out of
Tallinn, Estonia, Raul is an active DJ/Promoter, running the Mutant Disco
monthly party and has played alongside artists/DJs such as Benji B, Joe
Claussell, IG Culture, Basement Jaxx, etc.
