Bagpak White Label’s second release comes from Norway’s Kahuun known for his soul/funk/boogie-tinged electro-organic sounds. ‘Bontelabo’ is an uptempo dancefloor jazz-shuffler featuring Myrna’s sweet vocals floating above smooth Rhodes, airy flute, rough upright bassline and percussive beats – sure to get the dancefloor warmed up and ready to go. On the flip, Kahuun presents us with a scandalous drunken jazz number, ‘Slyngel’, complete with a dirty upright bassline and naughty horn section that’ll have the crowd jazz steppin’ and a grindin’!
