Arch_typ aka Charles Noel is a busy fella. With recent Raw Fusion signing,
previous Bagpak EP (BM004), tracks on a few compilations and a whole bunch
of unreleased heat, he is causing major waves with his future stylings..
"Blacks On Blondes Mix" features french Gaetan on the mic as
well.
You heard him on Hi Fi Terapi, Tele, Paper Records. His 'Batteri' was
played by artists like Gilles Peterson, Jazzanova, Peter Kruder among
others and has contributed to several compilations like 'Pure Braziliance'
by Faze Action on Fuego UK. Kahuun aka Kai Meland delivers a big one here
with its spooky background noises and complex rhythms.
Ok_Ma are Younglee and Jake Sax. Their remix work
and releases on BBE & R2 Records have already been getting props from
many in the scene including Giles and Mad Matts. Their remix is a funky
uptempo broken beat number. This is future Boogie that gets arses on the
floor!
Featured in the latest forward thinking Beyond Jazz Vol.3 compilation
with artists like Jonny Miller, Inverse Cinematics, Nemoy and many more,
and after a wikked 3 tracker on Bagpak (BM003) earlier in the year, Luke
Dodd aka Masoul sends us another one of his signature bass heavy, twisted
funk riddims.
